What to Include in Your Email
To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- Issue summary: what happened and what you expected
- Steps to reproduce: numbered steps or a short screen recording/GIF
- Screenshots and error messages
- Device and environment: model, OS version, network conditions
- Zori app version: find it in Settings → About
- Account identifier: registration email or user ID (if account-related)
Support Hours and Response Times
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (GMT+8)
- First response: typically within 1–2 business days
- Urgent issues (e.g., cannot launch, data loss): add [URGENT] at the start of your email subject
